WORST chairs ever! Like sitting in a church pew, and they're EVERYWHERE here: around the stage and throughout the lap dance area. Are they afraid folks will steal the furniture if they had better stuff?!? Tying the enemy combatants at Guantanamo to these chairs would break them in a day or two... no need for waterboarding!
Small, 1-story building in commercial, shopping center area. Enter into a REALLY dark place from the sunny outside and get a three finger ($3 cover) hand wave from an old guy who serves as the bouncer ... something which felt rather "Pulp Fiction" like.
One stage with two poles. The lap dance area is at the far, dark end and can get sooooo crowded one has to wait with their new found gal. Then it's paradise by the dashboard light!
The dances are a great grind. $10 per. Most gals are attractive; a few hot, a few cute, etc. One was slow and dazed and not up to par. At least three said they came down (2.5 hours or more) from Michigan (St. Joe's, Kalamazoo, and East Lansing) to work. Others came from Louisville, etc. Why? Because "this is the best place to work" was the reason given. Gals said there's no work schedule here so they come in for a few days, rent a motel room with others, and work at The Hugger.
Sight seen: One large guy getting his male member nibbled on (over his clothes) by a young, inverted, cute blond. I asked the regulars about this and they said "He must be paying her REAL well."
This place could be a 4 out of 5 for the club rating if the chairs were improved. Maybe they'd let one BYOC? Bring your own chair?!

The price of a pitcher of beer has gone up from the time I started going there (it was an $8 pitcher then, I think it is about $12 now for a Bud/Bud light...nothing else). The girls are there not to dance on the stage, which they do have to do, but rather they are there to grind $10 out of your wallet every 3-4 minutes and they are quite good with persuasion. Hands on everything but the cookie jar was what I was told once, and it still holds true.

I went this expecting it to be the Mecca of stripclubs, but it was just a run down club - over-crowded and over-rated.
Head to Fort Wayne or Babe's in Indy for a better time and better girls.

my virgin friend and i strolled our way to the legendary hip huggers in kokomo on a friday night....between the hillbillies, crude language, and strong drinks.....this was my kinda place. between vegas and kokomo...i would have to pick kokomo hands down. this is the best strip club in america.

The Hip Hugger is by far one of the best strip clubs in the USA with their hot women, cold cheap beer, and relaxing atmosphere the hip hugger is truly the only reason to stop in Kokomo.
